About Me
I’m Carlene — a medicine woman, somatic healer, and spiritual guide.
But titles only go so far.
What I want you to know is this:
I’ve walked through fire and found medicine in the ashes.
I’ve cracked open in the middle of healing and learned that truth, even messy truth, is always the way home.
I stand where the mystical meets the human — where ancient practices meet modern pain, where nervous systems unravel and spirits remember.
My path is rooted in reverence — for the body, the Earth, the spirit, and the old ways. My lineage is Celtic and Nordic. I have also been deeply influenced by the teachings and wisdom of Mayan and Native traditions. I’ve been shaped by elders, teachers, and sacred landscapes, and I carry this wisdom forward to make it real, embodied, and accessible for today.
Through women’s circles, somatic healing, shamanic work, and mentorship, I create spaces where women can exhale. Spaces to unravel and be met. Spaces to return to the power and presence they’ve carried all along, even when it was buried beneath shame, grief, stress, or feeling “not enough.”
I’ve had the honor to walk with women around the world — through loss, birth, becoming, and transition. Women who want a place where they don’t have to explain themselves. My work is where spirit meets skin, and deep healing asks not for perfection but presence.
This is my life’s devotion. Not a business. A living prayer for women to be seen, felt, and known in their fullness.
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to walk beside you as you remember your own medicine.
I’m the one who might drum and drop an F-bomb in the same breath. Who honors your grief and your joy as sacred. Who knows laughter and snot-crying often belong in the same room. And who will always remind you — in love and truth — that you are not too much. You are right on time.
This work is a bridge — between worlds, between women, between who we’ve been and who we’re becoming. It’s not about escaping life; it’s about landing fully in it, with your feet on the ground and your heart cracked wide open.

This is more than a space: it’s a container born from my own journey through healing, heartbreak, and transformation. A place to gather, to be held, and to rise together.
This work is my devotion to women who have walked through fire and still carry their light, and to those still finding the courage to step into their own power. It is for women in all seasons — whether you are unraveling old wounds, celebrating new beginnings, or simply craving the deep connection that reminds you you are never alone.
Here, we show up raw and real, with grace and grit. We speak truth, honor our shadows, and hold space for one another with fierce love and radical acceptance. This is a circle without masks or pretense — where your soul can breathe freely and your voice can be heard.
