August Women's Circle

Join us for an intimate women's circle as we honor the self.   Through the somatic healing of breathwork we will dive into the breath to release what is no longer needed and ignite dreams, desires and intentions to fruition. As always we will close our circle with a drum meditation and connection and sharing with other women.

In the circle of women, we discover the profound truth that our collective strength is greater than the sum of our individual parts. Gathering together, we unlock a reservoir of wisdom, compassion, and transformative energy. It is in this shared space that we find not only support but a mirror reflecting our own divine essence.
