Your Journey Home to Self-Love Begins Here

Does loving yourself feel out of reach? You’re not alone. The Heart Project invites you to stop pushing love away and begin returning to yourself, one supported breath at a time.

This is your sacred pause—a space to reconnect with your heart, honor your body’s wisdom, and be held by a circle of women who truly see you.

Through breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and sisterhood, you’ll gently unravel the barriers built for survival and step into a new way of being—with curiosity, not fear.

About Carlene
Carlene Kanellis

Carlene is a medicine woman, transformational guide, and the visionary creator of Soulography®️. Her unique approach weaves together sacred breathwork, somatic healing, and ancient wisdom traditions to create profound spaces for personal and collective transformation.

Drawing from extensive experience in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed practices, and shamanic traditions, Carlene's work bridges the gap between ancient healing modalities and modern understanding of the body's innate wisdom. Through her role as a medicine woman, she creates ceremonial containers where participants can safely explore depths of consciousness and emerge with profound insights and healing.

As a breathwork facilitator and somatic practitioner, Carlene guides others in accessing their body's natural healing intelligence through the power of conscious breathing. Her approach to breathwork transcends traditional practices, incorporating elements of nervous system regulation, energy medicine, and ancestral wisdom to create transformative experiences that support deep healing and spiritual awakening.

Whether working one-on-one or holding ceremonial space, Carlene's presence creates an atmosphere of sacred witnessing where participants feel safe to explore their full spectrum of being. Her intuitive guidance and grounded expertise help others navigate their journey from trauma to transformation, from disconnection to embodied wisdom.

About Deb
Facilitator

Deb Hart’s specialty is communicating and connecting with people, whether as a media personality, facilitating trauma sensitive yoga, through meditation or as a fellow human.

Deb’s style of offering movement is invitational rather than instructional. You choose if you would like to rest on your mat or move your body in ways that suit you. It’s an opportunity for you to be in your power, to listen to what your body and brain prefers in each moment.

Just like the movement she offers, there’s no right or wrong way to do the meditation Deb leads. You’ll be guided through body-sensing, breath-sensing, observing emotions and beliefs about yourself, exploring joy and self awareness.

The movement she offers are research-supported to help enhance mental agility, stop judging yourself, build distress tolerance, learn to be welcoming and understand that everything that shows up in life is a messenger.

The evidence-based iRest meditation Deb provides has been shown to benefit those suffering from chronic pain, post-traumatic stress, insomnia, anxiety and depression.
