May Women’s Circle

Join us for an intimate women's circle as we honor the self and bring in the newness of summer! .  Through the somatic healing of breathwork we will dive into the breath to release what is no longer needed and ignite dreams, desires and intentions to fruition. As always we will close our circle with a drum meditation and connection and sharing with other women.

Why Breathwork?

Healing & Release: Breath work can be a catalyst for emotional & energetic healing. Deep, intentional breathing can help release stagnant or blocked energy, support the body's natural healing processes, & facilitate emotional catharsis & the release of unresolved emotions

Spiritual Exploration & Growth: Breath work has been used as a tool for spiritual practices for centuries. By consciously working with the breath, individuals can access altered states of consciousness, deepen their connection to their inner selves, and explore spiritual dimensions.
