The leaves are turning, the air is crisp, and we have something truly special to share with you. Following the incredible success of our August launch, we're thrilled to announce another Spira Breathwork event - this time, with an exciting twist!
In response to overwhelming demand, including numerous heartfelt requests from our male supporters, we're opening our hearts and this event to all genders. Join us for a co-ed breathwork journey amidst the serene beauty of SoulFood Farm's olive grove. This is an opportunity for all of us to come together, regardless of gender, and experience the transformative power of breath as a unified community.
