Monthly Medicine with Carlene

Where we remember what your body has always known.

First Sunday of the month at 6PM PT

You've done the reading. You've consumed the content. You understand the concepts.

You've done the individual work - the therapy, the breathwork, the healing modalities.

But understanding isn't the same as remembering.

And individual healing hits a ceiling when the collective is drowning.

Your nervous system is still running the old patterns. Your body is still holding what your mind has already processed. Your inner knowing is drowned out by the noise - and not just your noise, but the collective chaos we're all swimming in.

This is where we practice the medicine. Together.

Not learn about it. Not talk about it. Practice it.

And not alone in your room trying to regulate while the world burns. But WITH others who are also choosing to pause the chaos. To remember.

What Monthly Medicine Actually Is

Through breathwork, we drop below the mind and access what's always been there - your own medicine. The wisdom your body holds. The power you've been taught to forget.

But here's what's different: we do this together. In collective space. Where our nervous systems can actually remember what peace feels like because we're experiencing it WITH each other, not despite each other.

This isn't another self-improvement offering. This isn't a breathwork class.

This is ceremony. This is reclamation. This is the collective reset.

This is the actual practice of returning home to yourself - and remembering we can't do that alone. We were never meant to.

What happens in these sessions:

Every first Sunday of the month, I hold space for humans ready to stop consuming content and start embodying their medicine. Ready to be part of the frequency shift. Ready to unplug from the collective chaos and tune into something truer.

90 minutes together on Zoom. You, me, and a circle of souls committed to their own remembering - and the collective reset.

We begin with transmission - whatever medicine is moving through that month. The teaching that roots us in why we're here. Why this matters. What this moment is asking of us.

Then we drop in. Breathwork is our primary tool - the one that bypasses the thinking mind and lets your body lead. The breath moves what's stuck, opens what's been closed, reveals what's been hidden.

Sometimes there's other medicine too - sound, visualization, somatic practice - whatever is needed for that moon, that season, that collective moment.

We close with integration. Space to land, to witness, to honor what moved through. To remember we're not alone in this.

Because when we sit together and choose to pause the chaos, to drop into our bodies - something shifts. Not just in you. In the FIELD. In the collective nervous system we're all swimming in.

This isn't for everyone.

This is for the human who's tired of living in their head. Who knows their own medicine exists but needs a container to access it.

Who understands that individual healing isn't enough when the collective is drowning. Who's ready to stop learning and start practicing.

Who wants to trust their body again.

Who's ready to be part of the collective reset - not just their own. Who knows we need each other to remember. That the medicine is within us, and we access it together.

If that's you, I'll see you in the circle.

What if I can't make it live?
Every session is recorded and available for 7 days. You'll receive the replay link within 24 hours of the session. But the medicine is amplified when we breathe together in real time - so join live when you can.

Do I need breathwork experience?
No. I'll guide you through everything. All you need is willingness and a body.

What do I need for the session?
A quiet space where you won't be interrupted for 90 minutes, water, a journal (optional), something to lie down on (yoga mat, blanket, bed), and headphones for the best experience.

Can I join mid-year or do I have to start in January?
You can join any month. Each session stands alone, though there's power in the commitment of showing up monthly.

What if I sign up for the year and can't make a session?
Every session is recorded. And if you miss one, you miss one - the medicine continues. This isn't about perfection, it's about showing up when you can.

Is this just breathwork or will there be other practices?
Breathwork is the primary tool because it's the most direct path to dropping below the thinking mind. But I bring whatever medicine is needed - sometimes sound, sometimes visualization, sometimes somatic practice. You can trust that whatever happens is what's meant to happen.

What style of breathwork do you use?
I work with conscious connected breathing - a practice that activates your parasympathetic nervous system and allows stuck energy to move. It's not about technique, it's about surrender.
